The science

Dosed by the research. Graded by the evidence.

Three scientists in lab coats review research results together on a tablet in a laboratory

Some ingredients have decades of human research behind them. Others sit at the frontier of new discoveries. Every claim carries its grade, so you can see the science at a glance.

Three grades, one question

How much human evidence stands behind this claim? Each grade sits right beside the claim it measures, and no grade is hidden.

Evidence: Established

Established

Consistent results across many well-run human trials

As close to settled as nutrition gets.

Creatine · Omega-3 · Magnesium · Vitamin D3 · Immune Support

Evidence: Growing

Growing

Encouraging human trials, building year by year

A research-backed part of a daily routine.

CoQ10 · Ashwagandha · Collagen · Probiotic

Evidence: Frontier

Frontier

Promising human research, growing fast

New discoveries every year, and we follow each one.

NMN · NAD⁺ · Resveratrol · Lion’s Mane · Colostrum

How we grade

People before petri dishes

Randomized human trials count far more than cell or animal studies. Mechanism is interesting. Outcomes in people earn the grade.

The dose that was studied

We compare our dose with the doses used in the research, and print every amount on the label. Where a formula is a blend, like our probiotic, we name every strain and the total count.

Reviewed as research moves

We weigh recent, well-run human trials and reviews most, and revisit every grade as new research is published. Last reviewed October 2026 by the Cellovi team.

Ingredient by ingredient

Where the human evidence stands today, in plain language, next to the dose in each serving.

Creatine Monohydrate

Established

Rated the most effective nutritional supplement for high-intensity exercise and lean mass during training by the International Society of Sports Nutrition, with new research on memory.*

Per serving: 5 g per scoop

Omega-3 Fish Oil

Established

US adults average about 90 mg of EPA and DHA a day from food, well short of the 250 mg that two servings of fish a week provide. Supplements reliably raise blood levels.*

Per serving: 180 mg EPA + 120 mg DHA

Magnesium Glycinate

Established

Needed by more than 300 enzymes, including those behind muscle and nerve function. Glycinate is gentle on the stomach, with growing research on sleep quality.*

Per serving: 275 mg elemental magnesium

Vitamin D3 + K2

Established

A common shortfall, especially with little sun. Supports bone, muscle and immune function, with K2 to help direct calcium to bone.*

Per serving: 5,000 IU D3

Immune Support Complex

Established

Vitamins C, D3 and B6 and zinc, each with a well-established role in normal immune function, plus elderberry and echinacea from traditional herbalism.*

Per serving: 180 mg vitamin C, 1,600 IU D3, 11 mg zinc

CoQ10

Growing

Part of how your cells make energy, and levels fall with age. A 2022 review of 13 human trials found less fatigue with daily CoQ10.*

Per serving: 200 mg ubiquinone

Ashwagandha Plus

Growing

Human trials on everyday stress and sleep, with the strongest results at 500 to 600 mg a day, the amount of KSM-66® in each serving.*

Per serving: KSM-66® 600 mg

Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides

Growing

Human trials on skin elasticity and hydration keep adding up: a 2023 review pooled 26 of them.*

Per serving: 20 g collagen peptides per scoop

Probiotic 40 Billion

Growing

Four named strains: three were tested together in a placebo-controlled trial on digestive comfort, and B. lactis is backed by a meta-analysis on regularity.*

Per serving: 40 billion CFU

NMN

Frontier

Backed by a fast-growing set of randomized human trials since 2021: NMN raises blood NAD⁺ levels, with promising findings on walking endurance and muscle performance.*

Per serving: 500 mg β-NMN per capsule

NAD+

Frontier

NAD⁺ is the coenzyme your cells use to make energy, and levels decline with age. We pair it with quercetin and resveratrol, plant polyphenols also found in onions, apples and grapes.*

Per serving: 500 mg NAD⁺

Resveratrol

Frontier

A plant polyphenol with encouraging human trial results on healthy blood vessel function and blood flow to the brain. In one trial, the blood vessel response rose with the dose.*

Per serving: 600 mg per capsule

Lion's Mane

Frontier

A culinary mushroom with fast-growing human research: placebo-controlled trials link it to faster attention after a single dose and better cognitive test scores after 12 weeks.*

Per serving: 1,000 mg organic lion’s mane

Colostrum Powder

Frontier

Naturally rich in IgG immunoglobulins and studied in many human trials, including low-dose studies on gut barrier function and healthy immune markers.*

Per serving: 2,300 mg colostrum

Ceremonial Matcha

Matcha is a tea, enjoyed as a food, so it carries no graded claim. Its Learn article covers the research on caffeine with L-theanine.

Our sources: the human trials and reviews linked in each Learn article, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheets, and the EU register of authorized health claims.

Every ingredient listed. Every dose in the open.

Our supplements are made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, in GMP-certified, independently audited facilities, and third-party lab tested. Our matcha is grown and stone-ground in Kyoto, Japan. Every ingredient and its amount per serving is on the label and in the Supplement Facts on each product page.
