Review guidelines
Reviews only help if they are real. Here is how we collect, check and publish them. Last updated: October 23, 2026.
Every rating is shown
We publish one-star reviews the same way we publish five-star ones. We never hide, delay or bury a review because it is critical, and we never edit a review to change its meaning.
Who can review
Reviews marked “Verified buyer” come from people who bought the product from us. We ask for a review by email a few weeks after delivery, once there has been time to try it. We do not pay for reviews or offer anything in return for a positive one. If we ever offer something for writing a review, whatever its rating, the review will say so.
What we remove
We remove a review only if it:
- contains someone’s personal information, such as a phone number, address or health details about another person;
- is abusive, discriminatory or uses hateful language;
- is spam, advertising, or clearly not about the product;
- says a product treats, cures or prevents a disease. We cannot publish that for any supplement, and we contact the reviewer to explain.
We apply these rules the same way to positive and negative reviews.
If a review reports a reaction
We contact the reviewer privately to follow up, and we handle it under our product safety procedure. Reports of a reaction stay published unless they break one of the rules above.
Our replies
We may reply publicly to a review, especially to fix a problem. Replies come from the Cellovi team and are marked as ours.
