Consumer health data privacy policy
How Cellovi collects, uses and shares information that could say something about your health, and how you control it.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy is published by Cellovi LLC (“Cellovi”, “we”, “us”), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. It explains how we handle consumer health data under Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar state laws, such as Nevada’s. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which covers all other personal information.
What consumer health data means here
Consumer health data is personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health. Because we sell dietary supplements, some ordinary shopping information can count, for example the products you look at or buy.
1. What we collect and why
- Products you browse, add to your bag, buy or subscribe to. We use this to process and deliver your orders, manage subscriptions, provide customer service and, only if you agree, to recommend related products.
- Health information you send us, for example in a report of a reaction to a product, a support message or a review. We use it to answer you, to investigate product safety and to meet our legal duty to report serious adverse events.
- Email preferences linked to a goal (for example, a guide about sleep), if you choose them. We use these only to send the content you asked for.
Our quiz works differently. It runs entirely in your browser. Your answers, including the safety questions about pregnancy, age, medication and health conditions, are used on the page only to suggest a protocol and to flag when to talk to a healthcare professional first. They are not sent to us or anyone else, not saved, and gone when you leave the page. If you ask us to email your routine, we receive only your email address and the name of the protocol you matched, and we use them only to send your routine and the emails you signed up for.
2. Where it comes from
- Directly from you, when you shop, write to us or report a reaction.
- Automatically from your device when you use our website, through cookies and similar technologies. Optional analytics and advertising cookies stay off unless you agree to them.
- From service providers that process information on our behalf, such as our commerce platform and payment providers.
3. What we share
We share consumer health data only when it is necessary to provide what you asked for, or with your separate consent. In practice that means order details (including the products ordered), subscription details, the contents of reaction reports and, if you ask us to email your quiz routine, the name of your protocol with our email provider.
4. Who we share it with
- Our commerce platform (Shopify), which hosts the store, checkout and customer accounts.
- Payment processors, to take payment.
- Our manufacturing and fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, to make, pack and deliver your order.
- Service providers that run parts of the store for us: subscription management, email, product reviews, customer support and business email tools.
- Analytics and advertising partners, only if you have agreed to optional cookies, and never with reaction reports.
- Regulators and authorities, such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration when the law requires us to report a serious adverse event, or when otherwise required by law.
We have no affiliates that receive consumer health data. We do not sell consumer health data. We do not use geofencing around places where health services are provided.
5. Your rights and how to use them
You have the right to:
- confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data;
- see that data, including a list of every third party and affiliate we have shared it with and how to contact them;
- withdraw any consent you have given; and
- have your consumer health data deleted, including by the service providers we shared it with.
To make a request, email privacy@cellovi.com with the subject “Health data request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond without undue delay and within 45 days; if we need more time, we will tell you why and take no more than 45 extra days. Requests are free of charge up to twice a year.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Appeal”. We will answer within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, you can contact your state Attorney General; in Washington, that is the Washington State Office of the Attorney General.
We will never charge you more, give you a worse service or treat you differently because you used these rights.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above. If we want to collect, use or share consumer health data in a new way, we will ask for your consent first.
