The agreement between you and Cellovi, in plain terms.

These are our full terms of service. The same text is in our store policies at checkout, so there is one set of terms, wherever you read it.
1. Who we are
Cellovi.com is operated by Cellovi LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Cellovi", "we"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. We ship to US addresses only.
3. Health information
Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. Statements about them carry the notice the Food and Drug Administration requires: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.” Read the label, and talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition. Content on this site is general information, not medical advice. Individual results vary.
4. Products and prices
We describe products and prices as accurately as we can. If we find an error, we may correct it, and cancel or refund an affected order before it ships. We may limit quantities per customer.
5. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when it ships. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud or resale, and will refund any amount charged.
6. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Selected products can be bought as a subscription. By subscribing, you agree that we charge the payment method you gave at checkout the subscribed price, plus any tax, every month until you cancel. We email you before each renewal, and at least 7 days before any price change. You can skip, change the date, pause or cancel online from your account any time before your next renewal date, with no minimum term and no fee; cancelling stops future charges. A renewal charged but not yet shipped is cancelled and refunded if you email us; one that has shipped follows our Refund policy.
7. Refunds and our guarantee
Refunds, returns and our 60-day first-order guarantee follow our Refund policy and Shipping policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Reviews and messages you send us
If you post a review or send us content, you confirm it is honest and yours, and you let us show it on our site and channels with your first name and last initial. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning and we publish negative ones too.
9. Our content
The Cellovi name, logo, text, images and design are ours or used with permission. Do not copy or use them without our written consent.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy policy and Consumer health data privacy policy explain what we collect and how we use it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cellovi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable US federal law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on the day you order applies to that order.
