Products and ingredients
Are Cellovi products FDA approved?
No supplement is “FDA approved”, and any brand that says so is not being straight with you. In the US, supplements are regulated as a category of food: the company is responsible for making them safely and labeling them honestly. Our supplements are made in GMP-certified, independently audited facilities, and every dose is printed on the label.
How do I know what is in the bottle?
Every ingredient and its amount per serving is on the label and in the Supplement Facts on each product page. Our supplements are made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, in GMP-certified, independently audited facilities, and are third-party lab tested. Our matcha comes from Kyoto, Japan.
Who is behind Cellovi?
Cellovi (cellovi.com) is a supplement brand from Cellovi LLC, a US company based in Sheridan, Wyoming. Our About page explains how we choose, source and grade every product.
Where are Cellovi products made?
Our supplements are made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, in GMP-certified, independently audited facilities. Each product page tells you exactly where its product is made. Our Ceremonial Matcha is shade-grown and stone-ground in Kyoto, Japan.
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are. These are not: Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides (bovine), Colostrum Powder (milk), Omega-3 (fish) and Immune Support Complex (gelatin capsule). The label and product page always list every ingredient and allergen.
What is NMN, and what does it do?
NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is a building block your body uses to make NAD+, the coenzyme your cells use to turn food into energy. NAD+ levels decline with age. Human trials show NMN raises NAD+ levels, with promising findings on walking endurance and muscle performance. It sits in our Frontier grade: promising human research, growing fast.*
What is the difference between NMN and NAD+?
Think of NMN as the raw material and NAD+ as the finished product your cells use. Cellovi NMN gives you the building block in one daily capsule. How do I choose what is right for me?
Start with what you want more of. Our five-question quiz starts with a safety check and suggests a protocol. You can also shop by goal: calm days and better nights, energy and healthy aging, strength and focus, gut and immunity, skin and structure, or daily essentials.
Can I take several Cellovi products together?
Yes. Our protocols are designed to be taken together, with a time of day for each product. If you take prescription medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
How soon will I notice a difference?
It depends on the product. In a 2025 trial, magnesium glycinate improved sleep more than placebo on the trial’s main measure by week 4; creatine builds up in muscle over about four weeks; cellular support like NMN and CoQ10 is a daily habit measured in months.* Give a routine at least 60 days, every day, before you judge it. Are there side effects or interactions?
Every product is dosed to match its label, and each product page lists its own cautions. Supplements can interact with medicines and conditions, so talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or managing a health condition.
If you feel unwell after taking a product, report a reaction and a person will follow up.

Will your prices change?
Yes, on January 15, 2027, and we are telling you now. Until then, every product is at its launch price. From January 15, most prices rise by about 7 to 15%; Ceremonial Matcha stays the same. Subscriptions
Which products can I subscribe to?
NMN, NAD+, Probiotic 40 Billion and Colostrum Powder. Subscribe and you save 15% on every delivery, shipping is always free, and a new supply arrives every month. Every other product, and every protocol, is a one-time purchase. Many also come in 2- or 3-month packs that cost less per day.
Can I pause or cancel any time?
Yes. There is no minimum and no fee. Skip a delivery, change the date, pause or cancel online from your account, any time before your next renewal. We email you before each renewal so nothing surprises you.
Shipping, orders and our guarantee
How much is shipping?
Free US shipping when your one-time items total $50 or more, and on every subscription delivery. Orders below that ship for a flat $4.95. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days, then arrive by USPS 1 to 4 business days later, so most orders reach you within 3 to 9 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are on our Shipping and returns page.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders and manage a subscription online.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@cellovi.com with your order number and a photo within 21 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement or refund it, including shipping, at no cost to you.

What do Established, Growing and Frontier mean?
They are our evidence grades. Established means consistent results across many well-run human trials. Growing means encouraging human trials, building year by year.
