How Cellovi collects, uses, and protects your information, in plain language.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Cellovi LLC (“Cellovi,” “we,” “us”), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, respects your privacy. This page summarizes what information we collect when you visit or buy from Cellovi.com or use our related services (together, the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us operate the site and process orders. This page is a plain-language summary. The full legal text is the Privacy policy in our store policies, which controls if the two ever differ. For information about your health, our Consumer health data privacy policy controls.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and order details: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number.
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Account information: if you choose to create an account, your login and preferences (an account is optional).
  • Your birthday, if you choose to share it: month and day only, never the year. We use it only to send you a birthday message and gift, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
  • Order and browsing activity: items you view, add to cart, or purchase, and how you navigate the site.
  • Messages to us: including support messages and reports of a reaction to a product.
  • Device and usage data: your IP address, browser, and device information, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Consumer health data

Because we sell dietary supplements, some of this information, such as what you buy, can count as consumer health data under Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar state laws. Our Consumer health data privacy policy explains exactly what we collect, who we share it with, and how to see, delete or withdraw consent for it. We do not sell consumer health data.

How we use your information

  • To process and fulfill your orders, manage subscriptions, and provide customer support.
  • To send order and account notifications, and, where you have opted in, marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • If you share your birthday, to celebrate it with a message and a one-time gift.
  • To investigate reports of reactions to our products and meet our legal reporting duties.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website and prevent fraud.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with parties that help us run the business, including Shopify (our commerce platform), payment processors, our manufacturing and fulfillment partner, shipping carriers, and providers of email, reviews, subscriptions and analytics, and, where required, to comply with the law or protect our rights. These partners use your information to perform their services for us.

If you agree to advertising cookies, we also share some browsing and purchase activity with advertising partners so they can show you more relevant ads. Under certain state laws this can count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out at any time on our Your privacy choices page.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working and the store secure. Optional analytics and advertising cookies stay off unless you agree to them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, “sales” or “sharing.” To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@cellovi.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 (or the age of majority where you live).

International visitors

We may process and store your information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards for such transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the date above.
