Rates

Free US shipping when your one-time items total $50 or more, and on every subscription delivery. Orders below that ship for a flat $4.95.

Processing and delivery

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Delivery by USPS then typically takes 1 to 4 business days, depending on your address, so most orders arrive within 3 to 9 business days of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Allow 24 to 48 hours for it to start updating.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Adult-only products

Creatine Monohydrate, its 100-day supply and the protocols that include creatine (Her Healthspan, His Healthspan and Sharp Mind) are for adults 18 and over. New York law requires deliveries of these products in New York to be signed for by an adult 18 or older showing government-issued photo ID. If we cannot ship your order that way, we cancel it and refund it in full before it ships.

Lost or late parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, email support@cellovi.com within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. We trace it with the carrier, and if your parcel is lost in transit, we send you a free replacement, which usually ships within about 5 business days.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your mailroom and allow 2 business days, as carriers sometimes scan early. If it still has not turned up, email us and we will open a claim with the carrier for you. Parcels the carrier confirms as delivered are not covered by our free replacement.

We also cannot replace parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, or parcels returned to us because they were refused or not collected. Email us and we will help you sort it out.
