Subscriptions at Cellovi

NMN, NAD+, Probiotic 40 Billion and Colostrum Powder can be bought as a monthly subscription, at 15% off with free US shipping. Every other product and every protocol is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel.

How billing works

You pay for your first delivery at checkout. After that, we charge the payment method you used at checkout the subscribed price, plus any tax, once a month on your renewal date until you cancel. We email you before each renewal.

How to cancel

Cancel online any time from your account (Account › Subscriptions), or email support@cellovi.com. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops all future renewals straight away.

Skip, pause or change

From the same page you can skip a delivery, pause, or change the date or quantity, any time before your next renewal date.

Refunds

Your first delivery is covered by our 60-day first-order guarantee when it is part of your first order. A renewal that has been charged but not yet shipped will be cancelled and refunded if you email us. A renewal that has been charged and shipped is not refundable unless it arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Price changes and failed payments

If your subscription price changes, we email you at least 7 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then. If a renewal payment fails, we email you and try again; the delivery ships once payment goes through.
